Dinner at our Table d’Hotes
Dinner at our Table d’Hotes is a particularly friendly experience at Maison Ardure. The menu includes aperitif, starter, main course, sweet, water, wine and coffee or herbal tea.
Florence will make you taste the excellent products of the Gascony area, prepared in a modern and creative manner.
We choose to cook local products coming from the farms of the area: chicken, pork, duck, eggs, fruit and vegetables… and wine of course! Our herb garden supplies herbs for cooking and for herbal tea.
During summer, dinner is served on the terrace, to enjoy the view and the quietness of the Gers countryside.
A vegetarian meal can be prepared on request at the time of booking. Please inform us in advance of any allergic condition.

Our dinner is served two to three evenings a week, either as a Table d’Hôtes or as a Country Style cold meal, upon reservation and for a minimum of 4 persons.
At the Table d’Hôtes, the aperitif is served at 7:30 PM and the meal starts around 8PM.

In France, discovering the wines of the area is a critical part of every meal… The Gers offers red and white wines of great quality, which we have selected and are available on our wine list at very reasonable prices: Côtes de Gascogne, Vins de Pays du Gers, Madiran, Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh…
